• All rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions:





  • "We” or “us” will imply www.familylinkmobile.com; “you” or “your” refers to the Renter.


  • START DATE:

  • The start date begins on the day equipment is delivered and released to the Renter.

  •  
  • RETURN DATE:

  • The return date will be the day the equipment is either picked up from the Renter by a Family Link Mobile team member OR received by the Family Link Mobile facility via postal service.
  •  

  •  RENTAL LENGTH:


  • This describes the number of full days the equipment is rented commencing from your Start Date and ending on your Return Date.


  • LATE CHARGES:

  •  
  • If the equipment is not returned to a Family Link Mobile team member or the Family Link Mobile facility by the scheduled Return Date, late fees in the form of continuing rental fees will be assessed at the daily rate originally purchased on the plan for a period of up to (14) additional days.  On the fifteenth day, additional charges will be assessed for product(s) replacement at a sum of US $ 150.00 for each unit missing.  At this time a charge will appear on your credit card reflecting this procedure.  If problems arise, please contact us to avoid any late charges as they are handled at our discretions to mitigate product losses.

  • DAMAGES:

  • Our rental rate assumes a limited amount of wear that may occur with a rental use. However, broken screens, substantial scratches, liquid damage (water, soda, coffee, pool, ocean, etc), and body damage or missing parts noted upon return will result in charges for product(s) replacement unless you have purchased our Insurance Protection Plan.

  • *Equipment must be returned even if damaged and utilizing Insurance Protection Plan.
  •  

  • INSURANCE PROTECTION PLAN (OPTIONAL):


  • This plan will cover all products included in any of our Family Packages, against our DAMAGES clause previously mentioned, at a flat rate of US $10.00 per pair for the term of the rental period.  The INSURANCE PROTECTION PLAN does not cover our LOSS/THEFT/NON-RETURN clause.

  •  
  • LOSS/THEFT/NON-RETURN:

  •  
  • You are responsible for the unit at all times between delivery and return to a Family Link Mobile team member.

  •   
  • DELIVERY/SETUP:

  •  
  • Your rented equipment will be personally delivered by a Family Link Mobile team member.  He/She will identify themselves with appropriate identification and will be wearing a Family Link Mobile uniform.  Our team member will only release the equipment to the credit card/PayPal account holder that was used at the time of the reservation.  Our team member will require proper photo ID to verify.   Our team member will go over instructions of how to use the product, confirm Return time/location, and answer any questions you may have. 
  • ​* A $12.00 Processing Fee will be charged at the time of Booking and will cover Delivery/Setup/Pickup.

  • SALES/USE TAXES:

  • Equipment rented in the State of Florida will be subject to applicable transaction (sales) taxes that will be added to the rental fee.
  •  

  • LIABILITY:

  •  
  • You recognize and acknowledge that activities such as walking and driving can be inherently dangerous and unpredictable. We are not responsible for any accidents that may arise from your activity or use of our equipment, and you hereby agree to indemnify us from any claims, charges or costs arising from your use of our unit or any related activities.
  •  

  • While we will provide you the equipment as described in our product descriptions, we do not expressly or otherwise guarantee or warrant the equipment for any specific performance or purpose other than as it is described. If any item of unit malfunctions or otherwise fails to perform its described functions, our maximum liability to you is the rental value paid for the item.

  • RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • You may advance book your rental prior to your vacation departure up to 12 calendar months from current date. Forecasting product will allow us to reserve your order to ensure stock will be available on the dates requested.

  •  
  • There is a minimum of a 3 day rental period.
  •  

  • At certain times, inventory may not be available for your desired Start Date. You will be contacted if your Order cannot be accepted due to prior inventory commitments or other reasons. Alternative products or dates can be discussed with you at that time.
  •  

  • CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you cancel your order prior to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery date, no fees will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled after the 24 hour period, a cancellation fee in the amount of 10% of the originally rental amount will be assessed. Cancellation of an order is not an option once the unit has left our facility in route to you.
  •  

  • VENUE:

  •  
  • Any judicial actions arising from our rental of unit to you will be held in the appropriate court in Polk County, Florida USA.
